Pricing:


DOUBLE ROOM -  $14,980 CAD per person based on double occupancy


TWIN ROOM  - $14,980 CAD per person based on double occupancy


SINGLE SUPPLEMENT -  $4.090 CAD


IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SINGLE ROOM BOOKINGS. ONE OF OUR STAYS IN RURAL VICTORIA INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION IN THE SHEARER'S QUARTERS. SHARED BATHROOM FACILITIES MAY BE REQUIRED AT THIS PROPERTY - TWO NIGHTS. BY SUBMITTING YOUR BOOKING FORM, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THESE ARRANGEMENTS.


NOTE:  International & Domestic Flights are not included.  SPJ Retreats prefers to handle your flight arrangements so that all participants are where they should be and on time. Once flights are available to book, we will be in touch with each particpant.



Our preferred method of payment is credit card.  A secure digital credit card authorisation form is required for all credit card payments. 



Deposit Required to Secure your Seat:


Initial non-refundable deposit of $2,000CAD per person is due at time of registration.

Final payment of balance will be due by no later than 15 January, 2026

  • Plus 1 x 2 Hour Dyeing Workshop w


Important note on Minimum Group Size: Minimum group size of 18 to guarantee departure. SPJ Retreats will notify confirmed guests once retreat has 18 confirmed guests on this retreat.  SPJ advises against booking your international/domestic flights until such time you receive written notice from SPJ that the departure is guaranteed.  SPJ Retreats will want to handle flight arrangements so that we travel as a group. You will receive this notice no later than 15 November, 2025.



This package does not include:


  • Domestic and International Airfare (it is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they arrive in time for our group transfer from Melbourne Airport to Bendigo).  South Pacific Journeys, Vision Travel nor Direct Travel assumes no responsibility for those travellers who are delayed or miss any portion of retreat due to travel disruptions and/or flight cancellations.  Please ensure you take out adequate travel insurance.
  • If you miss our group transfer from Melbourne Airport to Bendigo on July 16th, it will be your responsibility to make your own way to Bendigo (own expense).
  • Meals not listed in itinerary
  • Beverages
  • Telephone Calls in hotels, farmstay or boutique accommodations
  • Items of a personal nature
  • Visa/Passport related fees (if applicable)
  • Any fees related to possible COVID-19 testing/hospitalisation
  • Any unforeseen increase in local/government taxes or Fuel Surcharges


Cancellation Policy for this Retreat:


  • Cancellations made by 14 January, 2026 or earlier - loss of non-refundable deposit
  • Cancellations made on 15 January 2026 or later - 100% non-refundable

NOTE:  All cancellations must be received in writing.  Cancellations received on Saturdays, Sundays, on Public Holidays or outside our normal business hours (9am - 5pm Eastern time (Canada)) will be considered received on next business day and actioned on next business day.



Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption & Out of Country Emergency Medical Insurance Coverage:


SPJ Retreats requires that all participants be adequately covered for Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption and Emergency Out of Country Medical.  Please note we do not accept travel insurance offered by credit card companies as sufficient coverage for this trip.  SPJ Retreats can provide you with a comprehensive travel insurance quotation.   SPJ Retreats, Vision Travel nor Direct Travel assume NO responsibility NOR liability for those travellers who are delayed or miss their cruise due to travel disruptions and/or flight cancellations.  Please ensure you take out adequate travel insurance.




Passports:


Canadian citizens require a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond expected return date.  Canadian and American passport holders require an Australian Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) to enter Australia for stay less than 90 days (fees apply). All other passport holders, please check with Australian High Commission in your area for entry requirements.  South Pacific Journeys, Vision Travel, Direct Travel or any of their agents assume no responsibility for participants not presenting the required documentation to enter Australia. An approved Australian ETA does not guarantee entry into Australia  Entry is entirely at the discretion of Border Services  Refunds will not be granted to anyone who arrives in Australia without the required documentation. Please note that if your international ticket requires you to travel via New Zealand, you will also require a NZeTA (fees apply).



Travel Agent's Responsibility:


SPJ Retreats,  Vision Travel Solutions, Direct Travel and/or their agents, act as agents for the clients in matters pertaining to travel.  They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error or omission, or any injury, loss accident, delay or irregularity engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued.  In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for alterations to be made to itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes.  Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne. by the passengers.  The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger.  The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline or accept or retain any passengers as members of the tour.  SPJ Retreats or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.  SPJ Retreats, Vision Travel nor Direct Travel shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or act of restraints imposed by government authorities (such as lockdowns due to pandemics).  In the event the foreign currency exchange rate increases by more than 7%, SPJ Retreats reserve the right to pass on this increased cost to each participant.  This is in accordance with current TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) regulations.

NOTE:  ALL REGISTRATIONS REQUIRE BOTH A BOOKING FORM AND A CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FORM FOR DEPOSIT.  REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL BOTH ARE RECEIVED.


CREDIT CARDS WILL ONLY BE CHARGED ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED.

CHARGE WILL BE PROCESSED BY OUR DIRECT TRAVEL GEORGETOWN OFFICE IN CANADA.


ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE RECEIVED.
