South Pacific Journeys specialises in inspired, customised travel design & experiences. Our expertise lies in creating unique pathways for our clients to experience the South Pacific and Africa in a smooth, comfortable fashion, leaving all of the details to us. Professional travel design is why we exist and building trusted relationships with you, our valued client, is paramount to our success.

Discover

Effective and successful travel planning requires research, organisation and active fact finding. Whether we collaborate by phone, email or in person the journey begins with a conversation so that we can design a holiday to suit your interests and budget. We offer a service that is not given away.  In order to begin the planning process, an upfront non-refundable planning fee of $250+HST will apply.  We believe that a service that costs nothing gives you just that. 

Design

We will collaborate with you and our trusted partners in destination to design  an itinerary that we're sure will exceed all your expectations.  We will tinker with and fine-tune the itinerary until you are satisfied that we have come up with the perfect trip for you. Please note that our initial planning fee includes up to three versions of an itinerary (if needed).

Reserve

Once we have designed your perfect itinerary, we will reserve and manage all the elements on your behalf. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all land arrangements. Full Terms & Conditions will be provided with quotation.  All quotations are delivered as therefore, South Pacific Journeys does not break down pricing.

Final Details

Final payment for your trip becomes due two months prior to departure (or at time of booking if departure date is within two months). Some operators may require a different payment structure. Should this be the case, you will be notified at time of quotation.


You will receive a comprehensive set of documentation including complete itinerary, maps, restaurant recommendations and travel backpack. You should expect to receive your documents approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure.


Experience

Your journey continues as you travel down to the South Pacific or Africa.  Enjoy your hand-crafted, culturally immersive holiday that we've designed just for you.  Whilst in destination, you can rest knowing that you will have 24/7 support from our trusted partners.

In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or wellbeing of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline or accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours. South Pacific Journeys or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons. South Pacific Journeys shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
