WE REQUIRE A SEPARATE FLIGHT BOOKING REQUEST FORM FOR EACH GUEST.

NOTE:  WE WILL BE WORKING ON FLIGHT ARRAGEMENTS FOR UP TO 144 GUESTS AND WILL BE PROCESSING FLIGHT REQUESTS IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED.

WE WILL ONLY BE HANDLING FLGHT REQUESTS FOR FLIGHTS BOOKED WITH AMA WATERWAYS. YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO BOOK AND MANAGE YOUR OWN FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS.

IMPORTANT NOTE: SPJ RETREATS NOR AMA WATERWAYS WILL BE ABLE TO MANAGE ANY FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS BOOKED ELSEWHERE (THIS INCLUDES AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS OR MISSED FLIGHTS).

SPJ RETREATS HAS A $125+TAX  PER PERSON AMA AIR HANDLING FEE.

AIRFARES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL BOOKED, PAID IN FULL AND TICKETED.

A CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FORM WILL BE REQUIRED ONCE AN AIRFARE QUOTATION IS ACCEPTED.

Travel Agent's Responsibility:

SPJ Retreats, Vision Travel Solutions, Direct Travel and/or their agents, act as agents for the clients in matters pertaining to travel.  They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error or omission, or any injury, loss accident, delay or irregularity engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued.  In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for alterations to be made to itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes.  Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne. by the passengers.  The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger.  The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline or accept or retain any passengers as members of the tour.  South Pacific Journeys or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.  SPJ Retreats shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or act of restraints imposed by government authorities (such as lockdowns due to pandemics).  In the event the foreign currency exchange rate increases by more than 7%, SPJ Retreats reserve the right to pass on this increased cost to each participant.  This is in accordance with current TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) regulations.
